Both VitalChurch and PRISM Leadership Group are California non-profit corporations under IRS 501(c)3 tax-exempt status. All donations will be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. As an ordained pastor, Gregg has a housing allowance and budget approved through both VitalChurch and PRISM for the 2020 tax year.

For both VitalChurch Ministry and PRISM, it should be noted that to comply with IRS regulations, contributions are made with the understanding that each organization has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds.
